 Timothy Hanze, Senior Minister
Tim has been our Senior Minister since 1987. He is married to Debby, and they have three daughters, two sons-in-law and two grandsons. Tim received his Bachelor's degree from Johnson Bible College, his Master's degree from Ashland Theological Seminary, and he has pursued Doctoral studies at the University of Tennessee and Kent State University in sociology. Tim and Debby served a church in Ohio, and one in Tennessee, before coming to Hope Christian. Tim is a third-generation minister, and loves most to see people's lives changed by God.

 Rolland Bryar, Associate Minister
Rolland has been our Associate Minister since January 2001. He is married to Amy, and they have two children. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, he works primarily with the adult and teen ministries. Rolland received his Bachelor's degree from Kentucky Christian College, and he has previously served ministries in Kentucky and Ohio, as well as working with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) leading mission trips for several years. Rolland has a heart for ministry, and a unique, effective way to communicate God's Word with people. |
 Stephen Politte, Worship Minister
Stephen has been our Worship Minister since January 2006. He is married to Stephanie, and they are the proud parents of twins. Originally from St. Louis, he plans and leads our Sunday morning services. Stephen also leads and guides the Creative Team in the development of promotional materials and stage design. Stephen received his Bachelor's degree from Johnson Bible College. He has been leading worship for 8 years, primarily for youth and college age services. Stephen not only has a passion to worship, but to communicate the responsibility of worship in a Christian's life and to create a service that reflects the quality that God deserves. |
 Stephanie Politte, Children's Director
Stephanie joined our staff in February of 2006 as our children's director. She is married to Stephen, and they are the proud parents of twins. Stephanie received her Bachelor's degree from Johnson Bible College in 2002 She coordinates the classes, programs, and special events for children from 2 years old through 5th grade. Stephanie is very excited to be working with such a wonderful group of kids here at Hope. In her spare time she enjoys perfecting her chili recipe and playing with her kids. |
 Travis Skelly,Teen Director
Travis joined our staff in the fall of 2006. Travis is married to Jaymee. As coordinator of PULSE, the Wednesday evening teen program each week, he is also active with the teens in their Sunday School classes. Travis and Rolland work together to coordinate other programs and events for the teens, such as the Beauty & the Beast dance/party, HANNYEELIB, Retreats and Mission Trips. |
 Pam Sykes, Office Manager
Pam has been our office manager since April, 2000. If you make contact through the church office, the odds are good that you will meet Pam first. She is married to Eric, and they have two children. As a member of this church since 1995 when the family moved to the Cleveland area, Pam's heart is truly in her work. In her "spare" time, she enjoys spending time with her family and knitting. |
